About me
I’m a Senior UX/UI Designer with a background in HR, Research & Communications within the Healthcare Industry. I design solutions that make experiences smoother for people and processes smarter for businesses. At Gentrack, I’ve worked across a range of digital products in the utilities sector, including Product Builder, Data & Analytics, DERM, Pricing, and CRM Service and Sales. I love turning complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences—whether that’s through user research, journey mapping, prototyping, or building scalable design systems. I'm passionate about creating human-centred designs that drive engagement, support operational goals, and make a positive social impact!

A targeted redesign of the patient portal to improve engagement and usability, while retaining key structures to minimise development effort.
Scaleable Design System
Designed and implemented a scalable design system from the ground up, introducing structured components and tokens to improve consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across the product suite.
Utilities Product Builder web application
And end-to-end design project to create a product builder module for utility suppliers to effortlessly take products to market.
My approach
Design Thinking Methodology
Design Thinking is a non-linear, iterative and solution-based approach, which puts the user at the centre. It involves a continual process of empathising, defining (the Problem), ideating, prototyping, and testing. It is a great guiding framework for tackling complex problems, by reframing them in a human-centric way.
I am ready to help companies with a focus on social impact, build a more user centric experience with their product(s) and promote user engagement using the principles of Design Thinking.
